Refurbishing Guns
The three guns below were damaged in a
house fire. They were effected by heat and
smoke, and were submerged in water for an extended period of time.
The heat was intense enough to blister the finish.
There was a great deal of pitting under the surface oxidation.
The metal and stock pieces on the lever gun were refinished and below are the results
